By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

The Company provides a digital virtual try-on service. Clients upload photographs and outfit images. The Company digitally applies selected outfits onto the client’s image and delivers edited results in digital format.

This service is for visualization purposes only.

2. Client Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You own or have full legal rights to the images you upload.

  • The uploaded content does not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

  • The photos do not contain illegal or prohibited material.

You are fully responsible for the content you upload.

3. Image Ownership

  • All uploaded images remain 100% the property of the client.

  • The Company does not claim ownership of any client images.

  • The Company is strictly prohibited from publishing, distributing, selling, sharing, or using client images in any way.

  • The Company will never use uploaded images for marketing, portfolio, advertising, or AI training purposes.

4. Data Storage & Deletion Policy

  • All uploaded images are stored securely and privately.

  • Access is restricted solely for the purpose of completing the client’s order.

  • All client images are permanently deleted within 24 hours after final delivery of the completed project.

  • No backup copies are retained after deletion.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded content as strictly confidential. The Company commits to:

  • Not sharing images with third parties.

  • Not publishing images publicly.

  • Not using images beyond fulfilling the ordered service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The virtual try-on results are digitally generated visual simulations. We do not guarantee that garments will look identical in real life.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective visual expectations.

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Any misuse of the final delivered images by the client.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and customized nature of the service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun.

If a technical error occurs on our side, we will correct or redo the project.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • Uploaded content is illegal or inappropriate.

  • There is suspected fraud or copyright violation.

  • The request violates ethical or legal standards.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
